I never thought I’d write for the theatre. I always considered myself an interpreter rather than a creator.
Now, I can’t stop writing.
i wanna thank shelly, adee, jacob, ryan, jenell, and lize for pushing me to write. i love you all.
I have a deep love and admiration for playwrights like Sarah Ruhl, Samuel Beckett, and María Irene Fornés. I love beautiful words and meaningful language. I love telling stories about what’s important to me.
I love writing from the perspective of an actor playing a character. It allows me to access a certain creativity that transcends articulated thought.

Macbeth
My adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth centers the witches and women in the story. The score is indicative of my love for choral music, minimalism, and folk.
